Terms of Service

These terms apply to the 3D PriceTag website (3dpricetag.com), the 3D PriceTag mobile app for iOS and Android, and any related services (collectively, “the Service”). The Service is provided by 3D Print Land.

Acceptance

By using the Service — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other means — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

3D PriceTag provides pricing calculation tools for 3D printing. The Service includes a website with a limited public calculator, a mobile app with a full calculator, cloud data sync, printer and filament profile management, and related features.

The calculations are estimates based on the inputs you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any specific pricing recommendation. You are responsible for your own business decisions, pricing, and compliance with any applicable laws or marketplace rules.

Accounts

You may use the mobile app calculator without an account (guest mode). Guest-mode data is stored locally on your device only and is your responsibility to back up.

Creating an account enables cloud sync, cross-device access, and additional features. When you create an account:

• You must provide a valid email address
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must not share your account with others
• You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you create within the Service (PriceTags, printer profiles, filament profiles, presets, settings, and notes). We store this data to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

You may export your data at any time via the export features in the app (CSV, text). You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Guest-to-account migration

If you create an account after using guest mode, you may choose to migrate your local data to the cloud. This is a one-time, user-initiated process. Once migrated, the data is subject to the same cloud storage and privacy terms as any other account data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicence the Service without permission
• Upload harmful content, malware, or attempt to compromise the Service

Intellectual property

The 3D PriceTag name, logo (the Nozzle Tag mark), design system, and all website and app content are the property of 3D Print Land. You may not use our branding, logo, or marketing materials without written permission.

The pricing engine, calculation logic, and user interface design are proprietary. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights to the underlying software beyond the licence to use the Service as intended.

Subscriptions and payments

The core calculator is free. Premium features (when available) may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

We reserve the right to change pricing for premium features. Existing subscribers will be notified of any changes before they take effect.

Availability and updates

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Guest mode works fully offline. Cloud features require an internet connection.

We may update the website, mobile app, or any part of the Service at any time. Updates to the mobile app may be required for continued use. We will not intentionally remove features that paying users rely on without reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any pricing decisions you make based on the calculator's output
• We are not liable for lost profits, lost data (in guest mode — you are responsible for your own device backups), or business interruption
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
