3D PriceTag started with a simple problem: most 3D printing sellers have no idea whether they are making money.

Spreadsheets get out of date. Mental maths misses costs. The difference between markup and margin catches people out. Platform fees eat into profit without anyone noticing. And when filament prices change, old calculations become meaningless.

We built 3D PriceTag to fix this. It is a purpose-built pricing tool for 3D printing creators — not a generic business calculator with a 3D printing skin. Every feature is designed around the way 3D printing businesses actually work: by the gram, by the hour, by the spool.

The pricing engine calculates material cost, electricity, labour, packaging, maintenance, depreciation, waste, platform fees, VAT, and more. It handles both markup and margin pricing correctly. It saves every calculation as an immutable PriceTag — a snapshot that stays accurate even when your costs change later.
